A 13,650 sf facility for administrative office space as well as vehicle maintenance. The structure is a pre-engineered building system with a combination of brick and split face block veneer. The overall building is an "L" shaped design using a hip type roof with large overhangs. The roof is a green standing seam metal with matching green skirt above the masonry.
